🌍🎵 Latvijas mūzikas terapeiti 18. Pasaules mūzikas terapijas kongresā!
No 7. līdz 12. jūlijam Boloņā, Itālijā, norisinās 18. Pasaules mūzikas terapijas kongress, kura tēma ir "Pārvarot robežas: veidojot sadarbības tīklus un stiprinot identitāti mūzikas terapijā" (Connecting Borders: Creating Networks and Enhancing Identities through Music Therapy).
No Latvijas 18. Pasaules mūzikas terapijas kongresu apmeklē Latvijas Mūzikas Terapijas Asociācijas vadītājs, mūzikas terapeits Jānis Rotšteins, mūzikas terapeites Agneta Volkova, Ieva Buiķe un Aija Ozola, kā arī Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes maģistra studiju programmas "Mākslas terapija" 2. kursa studente Jana Krastiņa.
Sveicam un lepojamies ar mūsu kolēģi – mūzikas terapeiti un Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes jaun. pētnieci Aiju Ozolu, kura kongresā prezentēja divus zinātniskos pētījumus – mutisko prezentāciju "Mūzikas terapija gados vecākiem pieaugušajiem: ceļā uz vienotu digitālās mūzikas iesaistes ietvaru" un stenda referātu "Mūzikas terapeitu digitālās kompetences pieaugušo psihiskās veselības aprūpē: darbības jomu noteikšanas pārskata ietvars".
Dalība Pasaules mūzikas terapijas kongresā ir nozīmīga iespēja pilnveidot profesionālās zināšanas un gūt praktisku pieredzi no pasaules kolēģiem, uzzināt par jaunākajiem pētījumiem mūzikas terapijā un stiprināt starptautisko sadarbību! 🇱🇻🎶
Pateicība kongresa organizatoriem World Federation of Music Therapy par iespēju satikt kolēģus no visas pasaules! ❤️

The congress brings together more than 1,400 music therapists, researchers, and students from over 70 countries to share the latest research, exchange professional experiences, and discuss the future development of music therapy.
Throughout the six-day congress, participants attend scientific lectures, hands-on masterclasses, workshops, oral and poster presentations, explore the latest research, build international collaborations, and gain inspiration for their future professional practice.
Representing Latvia at the 18th World Congress of Music Therapy are Jānis Rotšteins; Agneta Volkova, Chair of the Latvian Music Therapy Association; music therapists Ieva Buiķe and Aija Ozola; and Jana Krastiņa, a second-year Master's student in the Arts Therapies programme at Rīga Stradiņš University.
We are especially proud of our colleague, music therapist and junior researcher at Rīga Stradiņš University, Aija Ozola, who presented two scientific works at the congress: the oral presentation "Music Therapy for Older Adults: Towards a General Digital Music Engagement Framework" and the poster presentation "Music Therapists' Digital Competencies in Adult Mental Health Care: A Scoping Review Framework."
Participation in the World Congress of Music Therapy provides a valuable opportunity to expand professional knowledge, gain practical experience from colleagues around the world, learn about the latest developments in music therapy research, and strengthen international collaboration! 🇱🇻🎶
Our sincere thanks to the World Federation of Music Therapy and the Congress Organising Committee for creating this inspiring international event and for the opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the world! ❤️
