EN: We're still floating on a cloud. 💗 102 people under the banner, enough for 2nd place as the largest team at the Broschtkriibslaf, and we couldn't be prouder. Thank you to every single one of you who came to walk, run and cheer with us. And bravo to Katrin, who stepped onto the podium on behalf of the whole . 💙

On bouge ensemble, on guérit ensemble. 💗

Walking and running together to raise awareness of breast cancer, surrounded by this family, there’s no lovelier way to open Pink October. Thank you to Europa Donna Luxembourg for such a beautiful morning, and THANK YOU to every one of you who made our team this big (and this joyful 💙).

👉 Suis-nous pour le prochain mythe.

🎬 Myths in Motion · Episode 4: “you have to sweat buckets for it to count.”
→ MYTH.
Good news: you don’t need to be dripping for your body to benefit. Gentle, adapted, regular movement genuinely counts, and often, more than the occasional all-out session.
The secret is consistency, not suffering. 💙

👉 Follow us for the next myth.

Summer’s lingering a little longer. The sunsets are taking their time, the days are slowing down, and we’re savouring every moment of it.

We’re making the most of this last stretch of summer… then we’re back, refreshed and ready, on 15 September. 💙

Until then, take care, breathe, and hold on to a little of that easy summer energy for the new season.
See you very soon. 🌅
