RYSE Luxembourg

At RYSE we help youth refugees (aged 18-35) kick start their professional life in Luxembourg. Work empowers, it creates inclusivity and ultimately, of course, it grants independence.

RYSE helps refugees in Luxembourg build independent, working lives through mentoring, skills workshops, volunteering experience and job search support including CV and interview preparation. We also work closely with employers to meet their recruitment needs and encourage inclusive hiring.

Since 2018, we’ve supported over 440 refugees from 42 countries, offering tailored guidance based on indiv

idual needs. Our impact so far includes:

182 mentoring matches
104 gained local volunteer experience
Over 70% engaged in further education
More than 160 secured employment

Our programmes help strengthen Luxembourg’s workforce.

What an amazing evening at the second event in our Work Ready Series focused on Networking & Local Connections!

Refugees, mentors, and volunteers came together to share experiences, build connections and to discover just how powerful their networks can be. The room was full of great conversations, new ideas and confidence-building.

An impactful Job Skills Training session with the Barclays Luxembourg team and RecruitMe RYSE! 💼✨

Hosted at Barclays Luxembourg's offices, the session gave our beneficiaries the opportunity to strengthen their employability skills while experiencing a professional workplace environment firsthand.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants explored workplace expectations, developed their confidence, and gained valuable insights into the Luxembourg labour market.

Chez RYSE, nous croyons que l’intégration, le bénévolat et l’engagement communautaire vont de pair.

Nous sommes profondément reconnaissants envers les clubs Rotary et Rotaract du Luxembourg de nous avoir permis de participer au projet Run and Donate for End Polio Now lors du Luxembourg Night Marathon 2026.

À travers cette belle initiative portée par les 18 clubs rotariens et rotaractiens du pays, 26 coureurs se sont engagés pour soutenir la lutte mondiale contre la polio et plus de 150 dons ont été collectés pour la campagne End Polio Now.

À Luxexpo, les bénévoles de RYSE ont eu la chance d’unir leurs forces à celles des volontaires Rotary pour accueillir et ravitailler les coureurs à la ligne d’arrivée.

Nous sommes fiers de voir des jeunes issus de divers horizons contribuer à une initiative porteuse de sens aux côtés des bénévoles engagés du Rotary.

Merci à toutes celles et ceux qui ont rendu cette collaboration possible et qui continuent à faire vivre les valeurs de solidarité et d’engagement.

Today, we celebrate growth, dedication, and new beginnings!

RYSE collaborated once again with MUDAM, Our beneficiaries have officially completed their training in giving guided tours on contemporary art , and we are so proud of everything they’ve achieved. Over the past weeks, they have worked hard, challenged themselves, and grown in confidence every step of the way.

Through art and culture, they brought together different communities and cultures, learning how to connect with people and share stories through guided tours in several languages. Their passion, creativity, and commitment truly shined throughout this journey.

A special thank you to for opening its doors to our beneficiaries and making this experience possible.

This is more than the end of a training program, it’s the beginning of new opportunities, new dreams, and exciting futures ahead.

RYSE at the Festival des Migrations, des Cultures et de la Citoyenneté!
On Sunday, 22 March 2026, RYSE participated in the round table:
“Travailler sans reconnaissance : diplômes, précarité et invisibilité des nouvelles migrations”
Our Director of Projects, Francesca Tavanti, joined an engaging discussion on the challenges faced by new migrants in the labour market — from non‑recognition of qualifications to job precarity and social invisibility.
The session was organised by OGBL and moderated by Jessica Lopes , with insights from:
