One of the main additions this season is the establishment of the “Kharibulbul” dance group within LuxAz.

Ten children have already joined the group, which brings together girls aged 6–12. Azerbaijani folk dance classes are led by Arzu Suleymanova, a professional dancer with a degree in choreography. Rehearsals take place once a week, on Saturdays.

On 27 September 2026, LuxAz participated in Luxembourg’s well-known Route du Vin race in Remich with a 30-member team, dedicating our participation to 27 September – Remembrance Day in Azerbaijan.

Throughout the race, our team members wore Kharibulbul badges, a symbol associated with remembrance. The badges attracted the attention of fellow runners, creating an opportunity to share the meaning of the Kharibulbul and explain the significance of 27 September, Remembrance Day in Azerbaijan.

Special thanks to LuxAz Vice-President for Youth and Sports .i ,Ilkin Samadov and LuxAz member Samir Seyidzade, who contributed to bringing together and organizing the team.

We sincerely thank all 30 members of the LuxAz team who joined us and represented our community with solidarity and respect. 🇦🇿🌺
