🎊🎵 2025 was the founding year of famil! In the last months we've already engaged with all relevant institutions on behalf of Luxembourg's music performers, aiming for better working standards and strengthening our collective rights. Here's president with a few words.

We're happy to share that we've surpassed our goal of 100 member submissions! But there are more than 100 performers in Luxembourg. If you know of a (musician) friend who hasn't heard of famil yet, share the word. The larger our group, the stronger our voice. 🗣️

Excited to see what changes will be implemented in 2026. We'll have a general assembly on March 23rd, to which you are cordially invited. More info on that soon. Happy New Year from all of us at famil!

📢 Famil joins forces with other creative sector federations under ULASC (Union luxembourgeoise des associations du secteur culturel) to highlight our collective demands during this Saturday’s national demonstration:

1. Ensure fair pay and equitable remuneration
2. Compliance with the charter of ethics
3. Author’s rights and copyright
4. Legal framework: Adaptation of the social security system
5. Education
6. Commitment to the demands of the unions

🤝 Come make your voices heard! For the march, the creative sector will meet at 10:30 on Saturday, 28 June in front of the Delhaize at Gare Centrale.
