ERYICA is an independent European organisation, composed of national youth information co-ordination bodies and networks.

It works to intensify and to enhance European co-operation in the field of youth information and counselling. Our network consists of 28 Members, 6 Affiliated- and 4 Co-operating Organisations working in 29 countries, in more than 7.500 youth information centres, where 13.000 workers provide young people with generalist information under the principles of the European Youth Information Charter.

🇪🇸 After visiting Brussels, our next stop is Seville, home of the Instituto Andaluz de la Juventud.

Founded in 1996 and part of the ERYICA network since 2015, IAJ works through 8 offices across Andalusia, one in each province. Its team of 284 staff members, including 18 youth information workers, supports young people throughout the region with information, opportunities, and guidance.

📲 Their reach is impressive: in 2025 alone, IAJ's online actions connected with more than 5 million young people.

Among their many initiatives, one stands out for its scale and impact... 👀

💳 The European Youth Card in Andalusia has already attracted more than 300,000 members.

✨ is back in the heart of Europe!

🇧🇪 After our recent stop in Cyprus, we are heading to Brussels to meet Fédération Cidj, a member of the ERYICA network since the early 2000s 🤝.

👥 Founded in 1990, CIDJ brings together a network of 8 youth information centres and 14 youth information points, supported by around 80 youth information workers. Every year, they respond to more than 80,000 enquiries 📬, helping young people access reliable information, guidance, and opportunities 🌱.

But today, we want to focus on one of their most intriguing initiatives... 👀

🚪 In the latest episode of , we explore how ERYICA’s training offer grew from a simple idea to a comprehensive system supporting youth information workers across Europe.

What began with the Minimum Basic Training Course evolved into 12 specialised courses, adapting to new challenges such as digitalisation, service design, and lobbying.

🎓 Since the launch of YIntro in 2010, ERYICA has issued 1,876 certificates, helping build a strong network of skilled youth information workers committed to supporting young people.

A member of the ERYICA network since 1999, the organisation has been working for over 30 years to support and empower young people across Cyprus. Today, their network includes 13 youth information services helping thousands of young people access reliable information and new opportunities.

🇪🇺 The late 1990s and early 2000s changed Europe in many ways.

Borders opened, cooperation expanded, and new technologies started transforming the way people connected with information.

ERYICA evolved alongside these changes ✨

The second chapter of takes you through the years 1996–2006, revisiting the partnerships, projects, and developments that strengthened our network; from Infomobil and new training initiatives to the updated European Youth Information Charter. 💾

🚢 Our journey continues, this time travelling from Tallinn to Barcelona!

Today we visit this city to meet our Catalan member: Agència Catalana de la Joventut (Joventut. Generalitat de Catalunya). They are responsible for coordinating the Xarxa Nacional d’Emancipació Juvenil, which plays a key role in supporting young people in the area through youth information services.

😎 In 2025 alone, this network responded to 376,980 information enquiries, helping young people access reliable guidance and opportunities.

One of their flagship initiatives is the National Network Meeting, organised every two years to bring professionals together, exchange experiences, and develop new strategies to better respond to young people’s needs. 🤝
