Every partnership starts with a conversation. Great partnerships start with a shared vision.

Looking back at these moments from our ICIBANGOUA kick-off meeting in Cotonou, Benin, we're reminded that meaningful collaboration begins when people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds come together around a common purpose.

Over the next three years, together with our partners, we'll work alongside more than 1,800 young people from Francophone Africa and Europe, helping them connect, learn from one another and use digital storytelling to share ideas that can make a real difference in their communities.

The first exchanges have already begun, and it's inspiring to see new connections taking shape across borders. This is only the beginning, and we're looking forward to sharing the stories, friendships and impact that will grow from this collaboration.

As the Luxembourg partner, Afrilanthropy is proud to be part of this Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange and grateful to work with such committed partners who believe, as we do, in the power of young people to shape a better future.

Prepare to meet tomorrow’s changemakers.

Our new youth programme will empower 1,800 young people from Francophone Africa and Europe over the next three years with critical skills that will support their efforts to inspire positive change in their communities.

The ICIBANGOUA Virtual Exchange is an Erasmus+ co-funded project designed to strengthen intercultural dialogue and produce multimedia content, including podcasts and digital campaigns, to amplify their messages of hope and change.
The group, aged 18-35, will be made up of youth workers, facilitators and university trainers, who are already working with their communities to help them reach their full potential where they are. Through 12 interactive learning modules, participants will explore some of today's most pressing global issues, including:Active citizenship and democratic participation Migration and intercultural dialogue Gender equality and inclusion Digital literacy and the fight against disinformation Climate action and sustainability Human rights and post-colonial memory Youth entrepreneurship and innovation . The project officially kicked off on 13–14 June in Cotonou, Benin, where all consortium partners came together to launch this exciting collaboration and define the roadmap for the next three years.As the Luxembourg partner, Afrilanthropy is proud to contribute its expertise in youth engagement, intercultural dialogue and communication, while working alongside an outstanding consortium to build stronger connections between Africa and Europe.

On World Refugee Day: Members of our team went to Calais to bring clothes collected by students from the European School of Luxembourg and volunteer with Care4Calais supporting refugees.

On World Refugee Day, we're reminded that solidarity is not just something we talk about. It's something we do.
Because everyone deserves dignity, opportunity, and a place to belong.

Thanks to all our students and families who participated to the collection in the past weeks and for Ms ANABELA RAMOS for her key role in inspiring kids.
