Today, on World Refugee Day, we stand in solidarity with millions of people around the world who have been forced to flee their homes due to conflict, violence, persecution, and climate-related crises. 🚶‍♀️‍➡️

Behind every refugee story is extraordinary resilience, courage, and hope for a safer future. This day reminds us of the importance of compassion, inclusion, and collective action to ensure that displaced individuals and families are treated with dignity and given opportunities to rebuild their lives.

At the ATOZ Foundation, we believe that every person deserves safety, opportunity, and the chance to thrive, regardless of where they come from or the circumstances they face. 💕

Over the years, supporting education, empowerment, and community inclusion, we’ve proudly stood by an inspiring project, led by CSI Lëtzebuerg, giving access to preschool education to 120 children per year seeking refuge in Rwanda.

It’s International Rare Disease Day!

💡300 million people worldwide are living with a rare disease. 70% of genetic rare diseases start in childhood. 6000+ identified rare diseases.

Over the years, the ATOZ Foundation has supported a number of projects related to raising awareness around research into developing cures for a number of rare diseases, including working with ELA Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (LCSB) - University of Luxembourg. Every step counts.

An annual event dedicated to boosting radical generosity, held on the Tuesday after Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the idea behind GivingTuesday is to set aside a single day to counter consumerism by giving back.
