Looking back at the inaugurations of the Melusine Mission in Foumban 🇨🇲💧

Several water infrastructures were inaugurated and rehabilitated to improve access to safe drinking water for local communities.

🌞💧 Inauguration of two solar-powered water towers, co-financed by the Municipality of Bertrange:
📍 Tamkene Village
📍 Njinka Neighborhood

🚰 Inauguration of a borehole with a hand pump, co-financed by Arendt & Medernach.

🔧💧 Rehabilitation of two solar-powered water towers, financed by the Municipality of Bertrange:
📍 Maison de la Culture (Foumban)
📍 Marché aux Vivres Frais (Fresh Food Market)

These infrastructures significantly strengthen the availability and reliability of drinking water in Foumban. Today, around 5,000 people benefit from these facilities every day, including households, market users, and public sanitation services.

A concrete step forward for sustainable water access and local development 🌍💧
