AI is a tool, not a friend.

Think twice before sharing personal information. Your conversations may be stored and, depending on the service, used to improve AI systems.

Before believing or sharing a shocking image or video, take a moment to check it. Look for AI labels, inspect the details, verify the source and, if needed, use a reverse image search.

Just because it looks real doesn’t mean it is.

Your best defence against misinformation isn’t AI...
it’s your critical thinking.

AI is impressive… but it’s not infallible.
