Last weekend, the Coaching for Coaches training program was successfully held at the Luxembourg National Boulodrome.

A total of 16 coaches from 8 member federations participated in the event.
As part of the program, a special session was dedicated to the promotion, presentation, and rules of Jeu Provençal.

On behalf of the CEP, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the FFPJP for its support, as well as to the three outstanding trainers who delivered the course:

Marion Daniel (Physical Trainer for the Youth and Espoir National Teams and coordinator of youth development at the Grand Est Regional Training Centre)
Cyntia Cantiget (Regional Federal Technical Advisor for Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur on a national assignment)
William Roux (Head of the FFPJP National Training Centre)

We would also like to thank Thierry Terreno and Christophe Martello (players of the France Jeu Provençal team) for their excellent presentation and promotion of Jeu Provençal.

Special thanks go to the FLBP and its president, Alain Laterza, for all their assistance throughout the weekend, as well as to Gérard Schneider for his continuous support.

We look forward to continuing this initiative next year and welcoming everyone again!

It’s wonderful to see all participants together alongside FFPJP coaching team and Jeu Provençal coaches and CEP board members who worked all together to create this unforgettable experience for our international coaches.

We are looking forward for the 3rd and final day of Coaching for Coaches 2026.

Today we continue our 2nd day of Coaching for Coaches 2026.
After 1st day,where our coaches had learnd a plenty of new information starting from basis.Today coaches ar continuig their skill imporvements and learning from French coaches:
*Marion Daniel – Who is responsible for the young player’s physical preparation section.
*Cyntia Cantiget – Who is responsible for the technical and strategic preparation section.
*William Roux-Who is responsible for the strategic and coaching section.

Today their trainings besides working with French coaches,were diversed with Jeu provençal,where French representitives came all the way to Luxembourg to introduce this sport to our participating coaches.It's an amazing oppoirtunity to diverse knowledge with this sport.
CEP is glad to collaborate with FFPJP and having wonderful working dynamics alongside French federation.

First day of coaching is the introduction and starting from the basics.That is the goal of the French coaches to see the level and experience of participants and evaluate their knowledge and make the programme based on their experience.
International coaches sharing their experiences and thoughts,receiving feedback from French coaches and advising them.We all know what is pétanque, but it was interesting to hear from each other how they would define the meaning of Pétanque.
