What a lovely evening 🤍

We had the pleasure of welcoming Cláudio Gaspar at the University of Luxembourg for a new edition of Inspire & Connect, hosted by CCSA in collaboration with Favr.

Conversations, games, new connections, bites and amazing energy!

A huge thank you to Cláudio for sharing his story, spending time with us and for the thoughtful gifts he prepared for those who attended.

Inspire & Connect x Favr

We’re back with a new Inspire & Connect edition, and this one is happening with Favr and a special guest we’re really happy to welcome.

Cláudio Gaspar, Founder & CEO of Favr, will join us to share the story behind the app, how it came to life, and what it means to build real connections today. It’s not a formal talk, more of a conversation, with space for questions and exchange.

The evening is also about being together. We’ll have a game night setup, space to meet people, chat, and just enjoy a relaxed moment with drinks and bites.

And a small extra we really liked: prepared a few gifts for those joining us. Just something simple, but it makes the whole thing feel more personal.

Feeling unsure about what comes after your studies?

The University Engagement Program is a free, hands-on opportunity to explore tech and build real skills — led by volunteers of Amazon women in Engineering community and brought to students at the University of Luxembourg in collaboration with CCSA.

What you’ll do:

- 3-day bootcamp (19–21 May) in Software Engineering or Machine Learning
- Hands-on work with tools like AWS, React, and real-world datasets
- Practical workshops and industry scenarios
- Mentorship phase (June–September) to develop a project in a team

You’ll learn directly from industry professionals and turn ideas into real solutions.

We spent the evening with Laura Beatrice, talking about her journey, how she got started, and everything in between — honest, inspiring, and super insightful.

It was great to see CCSA members and new faces come together, share ideas, and connect. And of course, the games with SoSick made the night even more fun 🎲

Inspire and Connect
The Conscious and Cultural Student Association in partnership with Vivushub and IDK-Yet are excited to announce that Laura Beatrice Zanella, entrepreneur and founder of IDK-Yet, will be joining us as a guest speaker at our upcoming event: “From Ideas to Games”

IDK-Yet is an innovative ed-tech startup designed to help students navigate one of the most challenging decisions in their academic journey: choosing what and where to study.

Their App acts as a dual bridge:
🔎 Between students and their academic future and
🤝 Between students and partner companies, giving users access to additional student-oriented services and opportunities.

Through this talk, Laura will share her experience building a startup in the education technology space, discuss the inspiration behind IDK-Yet, and explore how digital tools can empower students to make more confident decisions about their futures.

The talk will then be followed by an exciting night of games, drinks, and great company at SoSick Games Night, hosted by SoSick HQ!

What to expect:

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a special session with Favr at the University of Luxembourg — and what an inspiring event it was! 🤝💡
