Šį trečiadienį susitiksime įgyti žinių apie Poetų-Emigrantų, kilusių iš įvairių pasaulio dalių, likimus, apie meilę, skausmą ir širdgėlą, kurią jie turėjo savo prarastiems namams.
Štai keletas mūsų paskaitos herojų vardų:
Nâzım Hikmet — vienas iškiliausių turkų poetų, priverstas emigruoti dėl savo politinių pažiūrų.
José Martí — Kubos kankinys, kovos už nepriklausomybę balsas ir simbolis.
Juliusz Słowacki — Šaunusis Lenkų Bardas, antras tik po Mickevičiaus, kaip ir jis, miręs tremtyje.
Okot p'Bitek — Poetas iš Ugandos, dainų apie savo gentį ir jos traumą dėl kolonizacijos autorius.

This Wednesday we will meet together to learn about the fates of Poets-Emigrants from around the world, about the love, pain and sorrow which they shared towards their lost homes.
Here are some of the names of heroes from our lecture:
Nâzım Hikmet — One of the greatest Turkish poets, forced into emigration for his political beliefs.
José Martí — Cuban martyr, voice and symbol of the independence struggle.
Juliusz Słowacki — Great Polish Bard, second only to Mickiewicz, and just like him, died in exile.
Okot p'Bitek — Poet from Uganda, songwriter of his tribe and its trauma from colonisation.
