Who are we looking for? The Vilnius Global Shapers are looking for extraordinary individuals, that have demonstrated great leadership abilities, entrepreneurial spirit and are committed to improving the state of Lithuania and the world. The Shapers are seeking to create a diverse community that unites people from all backgrounds, fields, and perspectives. Applicants:
Come from sectors such as politics, business, civil society, media, and arts and culture. Are expected to have already demonstrated their creativity and abilities. For example, by launching or completing a major initiative, founding a company or organization, or innovating within a major organization in a way that improves society at large;
Are encouraged to demonstrate the unique perspective, experiences, and skills that you would bring to the group;
Will be reviewed based not only on individual achievements but also their ability to contribute to the Vilnius Global Shapers and the Global Shaper Community at large;
Must be between 20 and 30 years old and must be residents of Lithuania or have significant ties that would enable the applicant to fully participate in the community’s activities. Interested applicants should submit resume and motivation letter to:
