Mai Ram International Yoga Association Mai Ram International Yoga Association The MAI RAM YOGA practices are intended for people who seek personal development and want to help others.

In the practice of this system and self-discipline, one can awaken the spiritual powers that lie dormant in the human, direct consciousness at self-knowledge and
maintain perfect physical and mental health. The results of MAI RAM YOGA practices are achieved gradually: without mastering one step in the transformation of consciousness, it is not possible to achieve the next and more complicated leve

l of concentration. Change is slow to come in the course of practicing, so it is essential to have correct thoughts, patience and self-discipline and do the practices in a consistent manner. Targeted actions bring sweet fruit which help the practitioners to strengthen their bodies, clear their consciousness of any impurities, illuminate them with the light of knowledge and awaken their insights and the ability to see the world in real light.
