On 17 April 2026, Chair of the Vilniaus komercinio arbitražo teismas, Vitalija Baranovienė, took part in the Pan-Baltic conference "Arbitration in the Baltics: Distinctiveness versus Global Conformity".

The conference addressed four key topics:
(1) latest legislative developments across the Baltic States;
(2) current arbitration practice in the region;
(3) perspectives from leading Baltic arbitral institutions;
(4) investor-state dispute settlement developments and the Baltic States’ experience in this field.
