As we’ve said many times before, it really takes a village to create TechChill. And we have a lot of people to say thank you to.

A huge thank you to our 130+ volunteers and volunteer team leads for being such an essential part of making it all happen. You are THE magic! Special thanks to our volunteer manager Estere Prikule.

TechChill Founders Battle brought the heat this year 🔥

More than 600,000 EUR in prizes were handed out to the most promising startups in the battle.

Out of 300+ applicants, 20 semi-finalists took the TechChill stage, and 4 finalists made it through:
Deep Space Energy, Helm X, Spotwise, and Wield VR.

And the winner is? Deep Space Energy 🏆

Bringing home:
10,000 EUR no-strings-attached cash prize from eazyBI
5,000 EUR in legal and tax advice from Sorainen
Draper University scholarship worth $12,000
1,000 EUR gift card from Carguru
And a prize from Jameson

On the investment side:
Spotwise received a 200,000 EUR investment from Outlast Fund and a 100,000 EUR investment from BADideas.fund
Helm X received a 150,000 EUR investment from the Buildit 5G Fund
Ybil received a 150,000 EUR investment from the Latvian Business Angels Network
