Artspark We believe that arts can have a positive and transformative effect, not only on youth, but on an entire community.

Based on this belief, our initial focus is on developing youth arts programs in some of the most challenging communities in Lithuania. We engage youth though programs specifically designed to reach diverse segments, including urban, rural and at-risk youth. Our first youth arts program, Baltic Brass, provides more than 200 youth (ages 6-18) in the Panevezys region with 8-12 hours per week of instr

uction in music and dance. Participation is free of charge, including instruments and transportation to and from various surrounding villages.
