NGO “Problem-based learning institute” (PBL Institute) is a public non-profit organization that aims to provide different educational consultancy. PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING INSTITUTE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
Generates innovative projects' ideas according to EU priorities reflecting target group's interests and needs;
If necessary, carries out social research study to highlight and justify
the problem;
Finds national/international partners to implement projects;
Qualified filling out of application;
Consultancy on the project strategy, methodologies, dissemination, and valorization issues;
Creates optimal project budget;
Consolidates coordinator and partner organizations documents;
Provides application via the electronic system;
Represents the organization of national and international meetings;
Ex*****on of the project for the dissemination and valorization activities;
Communicates with the project partners on project administration and financial management;
Communicates with the project services' and goods suppliers;
Prepares project documents necessary for administration;
Consult the project financial management and procurement performance issues;
Monitors the implementation of the project scope and quality;
Prepares methodological materials (didactic area) of the project target groups;
Fills the draft interim and final reports;
Helps you prepare for and represent the organization fund monitoring visits/auditing during.
