Trip down on a memory lane - part 3.

Do you know how many kg of CO2 are produced on average for an international mobility of 30 people for 8 days?

It's roughly 19,963kg.
That is the equivalent of 8,495 Big Macs.

Numbers alone don't always tell the full story.
But when we translate them into something tangible, they help us understand the impact of our choices.

While we cannot eliminate the environmental impact of international mobility, we can take responsibility and act.

In our latest mobility we:
- planted a tree for each participant, for a total of 30 trees
- set the creation of a Sustainable Map, free to use and meant to foster a more sustainble tourism
- implemented a game called Circular Gift: a nice way to support circular economy while promoting exchange of small gifts for the creation of international bonds and memories, and giving a new life to old items 😍

Erasmus+ Training Course "TICTAC" ✅🌍🇪🇺

Did you know that every journey starts with a single step? 👣

Well... every Erasmus+ project starts with much more than that. 😄

That's why we joined TICTAC!

A space where youth workers and youth leaders come together to learn how to turn ideas into international projects, build partnerships, and create meaningful learning opportunities for young people across Europe. 🤝✨

From brainstorming and planning to exploring the full project cycle, TICTAC gives us the tools to transform ideas into action.

And who knows? Maybe the next great project is already taking shape... 👀

A big thanks for the Lithuanian National Agency who gave us the opportunity to take part in such a meaningful event!

A journey into visual and graphic facilitation combined with graphic recording — powerful tools for learning, communication, and youth work in today’s society.

Learning happens on many different levels, and visual methods can strongly support young people throughout the process, going beyond words and creating meaningful visual connections and representations.

Erasmus+ PBA "RegenerAction" ✅🌍🇪🇺

What happens when 13 organizations come together to explore sustainability and build new partnerships?

The answer may vary, but one thing is certain: the ground is fertile for future cooperation and amazing ideas waiting to come to life.

Over the past days, we pitched our organizations, connected with inspiring people, brainstormed innovative projects, and explored how to integrate more sustainable practices into international youth work.

While Erasmus+ offers enormous potential for positive impact, there is still room to strengthen sustainability guidelines and make sustainable action a more integral part of every project.

U-Grow: Mentoring!

How can we grow as a youth work community if we do not support newcomers to join the field, mentoring and offerening support to make a difference.

Building up local actions and understanding how to make an impact was the main core of the mentoring talk with the informal group Mongibello Plus.

Because mentoring is a cross-border initiative.

Looking forward to how many beautiful things this informal group will manage to achieve in their local community 🎉🔥

Ieškome motyvuotų jaunuolių (18–30 m.) prisijungti prie tarptautinio jaunimo mainų projekto netoli Vilniaus, Lietuvoje, kuris vyks 2026 m. rugpjūčio 5–11 d.

Pagrindinė mainų tema - „Artivizmas“ ir tai, kaip meninėmis išraiškos priemonėmis galime skatinti socialinį aktyvumą. 🖌️ 🎨
Kartu su jaunimu iš Italijos, Rumunijos, Portugalijos ir Graikijos tyrinėsime žmogaus teises pasitelkdami įvairias išraiškos formas: tapybą, fotografiją, teatrą... o gal net graffiti?

Šis projektas siūlo kūrybišką, tarpkultūrinę ir įkvepiančią erdvę, kurioje galėsite plėtoti meninės išraiškos priemones, kritinį mąstymą ir stipresnį Europos tapatybės jausmą.

ATTENTION!!!! NEW PROJECT 🌍🇪🇺

We are looking for motivated young people (18–30 y/o) to join the international youth exchange near Vilnius, Lithuania, taking place 5 - 11 August 2026.

The main theme of the exchange is Artivism and how we can use artistic expressions to promote activism. 🖌 🎨
Together with young people from Italy, Romania, Portugal, and Greece, we will explore human rights thorugh different expressions: painting, photography, theatre... and maybe even graffiti?

This project offers a creative, intercultural, and inspiring space to develop artistic expressions, critical thinking, and a stronger sense of European identity.
Important!
We are inviting participants who want to get involved as co-creators. You will become part of the team that:
- helps shape the project program,
- designs activities,
- contributes to their implementation.
This means that your involvement will start a bit earlier than June, but don’t worry! Everything will happen in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will gain a unique opportunity to see how a project is created “from the backstage”, from the first ideas to the final experience.
