LISTEN žengia į kitą etapą! 💚♻️🌍
Liepos 14 d. trečiajame LISTEN projekto partnerių susitikime apibendrinome **CSTAS kūrimo ir praktinio išbandymo etapą (WP3)** ir susiderinome dėl baigiamojo projekto etapo – **WP4: sklaidos, politikos integravimo ir ilgalaikio CSTAS naudojimo**. ✅
Per WP3 sukurtas pagrindas, leidžiantis CSTAS iš projekto idėjos pereiti į praktiškai naudojamą sistemą sporto organizacijoms:
📘 parengta **CSTAS Implementation Framework** – sistemos struktūra ir įgyvendinimo logika;
🛠️ sukurtas **CSTAS Practical Tools Pack** – konkretūs įrankiai sporto klubams ir organizatoriams;
🤝 parengtas **Policy Dialogue and CSTAS Action Plan** – kryptys, kaip CSTAS gali būti integruojama į sporto sektoriaus praktiką ir politiką.
Dabar pereiname nuo kūrimo prie **platesnio naudojimo ir įsitraukimo**. Artimiausiu etapu daugiausia dėmesio skirsime tam, kad CSTAS būtų lengvai suprantama, pasiekiama ir praktiškai pritaikoma skirtingoms sporto organizacijoms.
Inovacijų akademija šiame WP4 etape dirbs ties:
📣 CSTAS viešinimo ir informavimo kampanija;
💬 **CSTAS Help Desk** – praktinės pagalbos erdve sporto organizacijoms;
🌐 **CSTAS Digital Hub** – centrine internetine erdve CSTAS dokumentams, priemonėms, registracijai ir tolesniam bendruomenės įsitraukimui.
Kartu su partneriais siekiame, kad projekto metu sukurti sprendimai neliktų tik dokumentuose, o taptų realiai naudojamais įrankiais tvaresniam, žiediškesniam ir įtraukesniam sporto turizmui. ✨

LISTEN is moving into its next phase! 💚♻️🌍
On 14 July, during the third LISTEN project partner meeting, we reviewed the completion of the **CSTAS development and practical testing phase (WP3)** and aligned on the final project stage – **WP4: dissemination, policy integration and long-term CSTAS use**. ✅
WP3 created the foundation for moving CSTAS from a project concept to a practical system that can be used by sport organisations:
📘 the **CSTAS Implementation Framework** defines the system structure and implementation logic;
🛠️ the **CSTAS Practical Tools Pack** provides concrete tools for sport clubs and organisers;
🤝 the **Policy Dialogue and CSTAS Action Plan** outlines pathways for integrating CSTAS into sport-sector practice and policy.
We are now moving from development towards **wider use and engagement**. The next phase will focus on making CSTAS easy to understand, accessible and practical for different types of sport organisations.
During WP4, Innovation Academy will focus on:
📣 the CSTAS awareness and communication campaign;
💬 the **CSTAS Help Desk** – providing practical support for sport organisations;
🌐 the **CSTAS Digital Hub** – a central online space for CSTAS documents, practical resources, registration and continued community engagement.
Together with our partners, we want to ensure that the solutions developed through LISTEN do not remain only in project documents, but become practical tools supporting more sustainable, circular and inclusive sport tourism. ✨
