There’s something deeply grounding about working with our hands 🤍
In the workshop led by , we stepped away from perfection and into presence. Through intuitive hand painting, we allowed ourselves to feel, express, and gently release what we’ve been carrying inside — without judgment, without expectations.
No brushes, no rules, no “beautiful outcome” to chase. Just color, touch, and emotion flowing freely.
Each mark told a story. Each movement created space.
Thank you to everyone who showed up with openness and courage. ✨

🌍 PACT Project: First Training Completed!
From January 19–23, 2026, the first international training of the Psychological First Aid and Creative Techniques – PACT project brought together youth workers and partners for five days of learning, practice, and exchange.
Participants explored how creative techniques can be used ethically and safely within a Psychological First Aid (PFA) framework to support young people facing stress and crisis situations. Through experiential workshops, reflection, and peer learning, youth workers deepened their understanding of emotional regulation, ethical boundaries, and responsible facilitation.
🤝 The training focused on learning by doing, intercultural exchange, and translating theory into real youth work practice.
🚀 The outcomes will feed directly into the development of the PACT Toolkit and upcoming project activities.

🌈✨ Love is Gender Free ✨🌈
From 4th to 10th of August 2025, young people from Spain, Armenia, Lithuania, Georgia, Turkey, and Lebanon gathered in Tbilisi, Georgia to stand up for LGBTQ+ rights, equality, and diversity.
Too many LGBTQ+ individuals around the world still face discrimination, violence, and daily struggles for basic rights. This project created a safe space for youth to exchange knowledge, break taboos, fight hate speech, and promote tolerance — because it’s time to make it clear:
💜 It’s normal to be different.
Through dialogue, creativity, and solidarity, we are building a society where love has no gender and everyone’s rights are respected. 🌍✊

🎬 to an unforgettable week in April when creativity met purpose during The Movie Makers — our Erasmus+ youth exchange that brought together 42 young people from 6 countries to tackle social issues through the power of video. 🌍✨

For 7 days, we explored film as a tool for change, sharpening our digital, creative, and teamwork skills while diving into visual storytelling, critical thinking, and editing. Each group, guided by experienced video makers, created short films that spark conversations and inspire action. 💡🎥

Beyond the camera, we built connections, shared cultures, and developed skills aligned with today’s job market — all while having a blast. This wasn’t just about learning how to shoot a video — it was about learning how to make an impact. 💬🤝

Grateful for the energy, talent, and openness each participant brought to the experience. Here's to more projects that empower, inspire, and equip youth to rewrite their own stories. 💪🌱
