✅ CARES Training of Trainers Completed

On 19–20 February 2026, the CARES project successfully delivered its online Training of Trainers on Face-to-Face Delivery Techniques.

Over two days, trainers worked through practical, easy-to-replicate methods for delivering CARES modules by using a simple structure of demonstration → guided practice → ready-to-use output. Sessions focused on quality standards, micro-teaching, case facilitation, safe delivery of sensitive topics, and implementation readiness.

The training ensured a shared delivery approach across partners and equipped trainers with practical tools, facilitation techniques, and a clear 8-module implementation package.

This marks an important milestone as CARES moves forward with local training activities across partner countries.

Today, we celebrate and thank all care workers and reaffirm our commitment to ensuring fair, safe, and empowering conditions for their work.

International Day of Care and Support, proclaimed by the United Nations to highlight the vital importance of investing in the care economy and building fair, inclusive, and resilient care systems.

Care work, whether paid or unpaid, sustains our societies, economies, and well-being. Yet, care workers often face inadequate pay, limited protections, and demanding conditions.

Our institute supports social care professionals by strengthening their digital skills, soft skills, and mental health as a partner in the CARES project.
