This Monday, June 22, KTU Opne Science Community hosting the next meetup in the Campus library to discuss an issue raised by one of KTU researchers regarding self-archiving after publishing articles to increase visibility and citation rates!

In this meetup, Marjan, a recent PhD graduate, will share her insights and experiences on this topic.

Join for a cup of coffee or tea and hear the discussion about:

1. How to Check the Embargo Period
2. Which Version of the Manuscript Should Be Uploaded to the Repository
3. Which Repository is Best to choose
4. What to Consider During the Uploading Process

Mokslas tampa matomas – „Tyrėjų Grand Prix“ kviečia jaunuosius tyrėjus žengti į sceną ir pristatyti savo idėjas plačiajai visuomenei suprantama kalba.

Projektas sujungia mokslą, novatorišką verslą ir visuomenę – atveria kelius bendradarbiavimui, inovacijų vystymui ir mokslo idėjų įgyvendinimui Lietuvoje.

Science Comes to Life - The “Researchers’ Grand Prix” invites young researchers to take the stage and present their ideas to the general public in accessible language.

The project brings together science, innovative business, and society-opening the door to collaboration, innovation, and the implementation of scientific ideas in Lithuania.

This is not just a competition-it is an opportunity to grow: to gain confidence, connections, public speaking skills, and to be noticed-invited to business development accelerators, where participants are given the opportunity to develop their ideas from a business perspective and receive comprehensive support from experienced investment funds.

The “Researchers’ Grand Prix” is changing the perspective on science—from the laboratory to the lecture hall, from the pages of a dissertation to real value for business and society. Therefore, please share this information with all doctoral students!
