BSRA 2026 — done, and we are truly grateful.

It was a pleasure to welcome colleagues — anaesthesiologists with a strong interest and expertise in regional anaesthesia — from the Baltic countries: Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania, as well as our colleagues from Ukraine.

We sincerely thank all speakers for the excellent lectures, including the important contributions and clinical insights shared by our Ukrainian colleagues. The live demonstrations of the most common regional blocks were especially valuable and highly appreciated.

We are also very pleased with the active participation in the poster session.

As a branch of ESRA (European Society of Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Therapy), we continue to support education and professional development in our region.

Bravo! A successful World Day of Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine in Kaunas! 👏

The Baltic Society of Regional Anaesthesia (BSRA) celebrated this special day in a calm and inspiring atmosphere, with brilliant lectures and hands-on cadaver workshops for young doctors.

Our focus was on teaching how to identify anatomical targets and achieve safe and successful needle placement, strengthening practical skills in regional anaesthesia and pain medicine.

Thank you to all lecturers, participants, and organisers for making this day truly meaningful for the next generation of anaesthesiologists!
