Kviečiame į jaunimo mainus „Together for Earth’s Future“!

📌 Apie mainus: jaunimo mainų projektas, skirtas stiprinti jaunų žmonių ekologinį sąmoningumą, aktyvų pilietiškumą ir praktinius tvaraus gyvenimo įgūdžius. Projekto metu dalyviai nagrinės klimato kaitos, biologinės įvairovės, žiedinės ekonomikos ir atsakingo vartojimo temas per neformaliojo ugdymo veiklas, kūrybinius metodus, diskusijas ir komandines užduotis. Mainų metu dalyviai taip pat kurs tvarumo veiksmų planus, sąmoningumo kampanijas ir skaitmeninį leidinį apie aplinkai draugiškas praktikas.

✨ Day 8 – Youth Exchange “From passion to profession” ✨

Day 8 gave us a real taste of what it feels like to be entrepreneurs presenting our ideas to potential investors! 🚀💼 It was a day full of excitement, creativity, and a little bit of healthy stress as we prepared to pitch our business concepts.

We started the morning with a very engaging energizer led by the Romanian team 🇷🇴💥. It woke us up, boosted our energy ⚡, and prepared us mentally for the busy and challenging day ahead.

To help us get into the entrepreneurial mindset, the facilitators introduced us to several episodes of the famous American show “Shark Tank” 🦈📺. Through these examples, we observed how entrepreneurs present their ideas to investors. We analyzed two very different cases: one showing a successful business story 💰✨ and another demonstrating a significant failure 💥📉. These examples helped us understand what makes a business pitch convincing — and what mistakes should be avoided.

Inspired by these insights, we spent time finalizing our own start-up presentations 💡📊. Each team worked hard to improve their ideas, prepare strong arguments, and make their business plans clear and engaging before facing our own panel of “sharks” 😳🦈.

After lunch 🍽️, we headed to the University in Kaunas🎓💻, laptops ready and excitement in the air. There we met our panel of investors — four “sharks”, who carefully evaluated our presentations.

The range of business ideas was impressive and diverse. Some teams presented innovative apps 📱, others focused on products 🛍️ or services 🤝. The topics covered many fields, including leisure 🎮, education 📘, fashion 👗, and wellness 🧘. Every group showed creativity, ambition, and teamwork while presenting their concepts.

Luckily, the “sharks” did not eat us alive 😅🦈, but they did challenge our ideas with thoughtful questions and valuable feedback. Their insights 💡📝 helped us better understand the strengths and weaknesses of our plans and showed us how we could improve them in the future. 🌱📈

It was an exciting and empowering experience that brought us one step closer to understanding the real journey from passion to profession. 🌍💡

The Lithuanian team 🇱🇹 participated in the youth exchange “Resilient Roots: Empowering Rural Youth for a Greener Tomorrow” 🌱 from the 8th till 14th of February in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Madrid, Spain 🇪🇸.

During the youth exchange, participants engaged in practical learning activities focused on sustainability and entrepreneurship. They promoted intercultural exchange by sharing ideas and experiences from different countries, while collaborating closely with peers on group projects. Participants gained tools to create sustainable businesses, developed skills to advocate for green policies, and built the confidence needed to launch local initiatives in their own communities. 💡

The youth exchange was organised by Europe NGO and co-funded by the European Union 🇪🇺

✨ Day 7 – Youth Exchange “From passion to profession” ✨

Day 7 was all about energy, creativity, and collaboration! 🎉 The entrepreneurial spirit was alive as we combined movement, ideas, and teamwork into another inspiring step on our journey.

We started the morning with a dynamic energizer led by the Polish team 💃🕺, filling the room with positive vibes and setting a lively tone for the day. With smiles on our faces and energy in the air, we continued working on the projects we had started earlier. It was exciting to see how far our ideas had developed and how much progress each team had made. 💼✨

A key part of the morning was exploring financial funding and opportunities. 💰 We learned more about possible funding sources and financial possibilities, gaining a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to support and sustain a business idea. This session gave us practical insight into the financial side of entrepreneurship and encouraged us to think more strategically about our plans. 📊

After a short break, the Romanian team brought fresh energy with another fun energizer — this time involving jumping and reverse thinking! 🧠⚡ It helped us reset our minds, boost creativity, and strengthen our team connection before diving back into work.

Before the afternoon session, we participated in an individual entrepreneurship activity where each of us developed our own business idea. 🌟 This moment encouraged independent thinking, creativity, and self-reflection — reminding us that every big project starts with one personal vision.

Later, we listened to a Polish presentation about startups and networking systems, which broadened our understanding of how entrepreneurial ecosystems function and how strong connections can open new doors. 🤝 Inspired by this input, we grouped up with participants who shared similar interests — such as IT, food, shops, and retail — and explored how we could potentially become business partners in the future.

It was a productive and inspiring day filled with teamwork, innovation, financial awareness, and cross-cultural collaboration. 🌍💡 Once again, we proved that the path from passion to profession grows stronger when creativity meets cooperation.

✨ Day 6 – Youth Exchange “From passion to profession” ✨

Day 6 was all about turning ideas into action and stepping into the real world of entrepreneurship! 🚀

We began the morning energized and smiling, waking up both our bodies and minds with a fun dance energizer 💃🕺 – the perfect start before diving into a productive day ahead.

After that, it was time to shine! 💼 Participants proudly presented their business plans, inspired by the inspiring people they had met around Kaunas during the week. Each idea reflected creativity, research, and the passion to transform local needs into meaningful opportunities.

Later in the morning, we had the great pleasure of welcoming Mr. Edgaras Urbonas – a successful Lithuanian entrepreneur and owner of multiple businesses, including NT Paieška. His practical insights, honest advice, and personal journey gave us valuable inspiration and a clearer vision of what it truly means to build and grow a business. 🌟

The afternoon was dedicated to prototyping, testing, and marketing magic! 🎨📈

Participants worked in teams to refine their ideas, develop creative marketing plans, and design eye-catching advertising concepts. From role-play sketches presenting real-life business scenarios 🎭 to imaginative advertisements for mystery products 🎥, creativity was flowing in every corner of the room!

It was a day full of teamwork, confidence-building, and hands-on entrepreneurial learning – proving once again that the journey from passion to profession starts with courage, creativity, and collaboration. 💡✨

✨ Day 5 – Youth Exchange “From passion to profession” ✨

Day 5 was all about exploration, inspiration, and discovering opportunities beyond the classroom!

We kicked off the day with an exciting study visit to the Tech Park, where participants dived into the world of startups and innovation in Lithuania. We learned how entrepreneurs are supported on their journey, explored different startup initiatives, and discovered how ideas are transformed into real businesses. Even better – we had the chance to see the latest inventions up close and try some of them ourselves! 🤖💡

After the study visit, the adventure continued as we split into smaller groups for the survey of local people. Some participants set off to explore the beautiful capital city Vilnius, soaking in its culture, history, and vibrant atmosphere, while others stayed in Kaunas to enjoy the charm of this inspiring city 🌆✨

A day full of innovation, curiosity, and unforgettable experiences – perfectly showing that learning can happen anywhere, not only in workshops! 🚀
