𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠: 𝐄𝐃𝐅’𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

For more than five years, EDF has been actively supporting all primary schools in the Tebellong Plateau through its digital education program, which is managed by Ntate Ramatlali Ramatlali. The initiative equips pupils with essential computer skills, with a focus on the Microsoft Office package and typing.

In 2023, EDF expanded the program to Tebellong High School. At this level, senior learners are introduced to Microsoft applications, basic Artificial Intelligence concepts, and programming. EDF recognizes the growing importance of digital education in the modern world and remains committed to providing quality digital learning opportunities to schools and the wider Tebellong community.

The attached video introduces one of our volunteers, abuti 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗸𝗶 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗼, as he delivers an introductory web design lesson to Grade 11 learners. Mr. Faso is a Computer Science graduate from Botho University. Through the valuable skills he shares with learners, EDF aims to nurture a new generation—one that overcomes physical barriers in education and other aspects of life.
