The importance of supporting those who menstruate at home, in schools and within communities took centre stage during the launch of the Menstrual Health and Hygiene Model at Ha Ralint’si in Mafeteng. The event highlighted the need for dignity, education, proper hygiene practices and collective support to ensure that menstruation is understood, respected and managed safely. . Partnerships that drive impact!

UNFPA and the Road Fund in Lesotho came together for a strategic engagement to explore collaboration in addressing some of the country’s most pressing challenges, including teenage pregnancy, maternal health, gender-based violence, and youth empowerment.

Led by UNFPA Representative John Kennedy Mosoti and Road Fund Chief Executive Officer CEO, Ms 'Matsepang Sekhokoane, the meeting highlighted the need for strengthened collaboration in improving the lives of women, girls, and young people across Lesotho.

By joining forces, we can accelerate progress towards safer communities, healthier families, and empowered youth, leaving no one behind.
