Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month!

As we observe Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, the women of Maria Maligrasia LCYM ( Lesotho Catholic Youth Movement) ba lakatsa h**e ho baholoane ba rona; bo ntate ba kenang mokhatlo le rona e ka sitana ho bo ntate bohle: Rea le bona, we appreciate you, and you do not have to carry the weight of the world alone.

Hangata society tells men to suffer in silence, to bottle up emotions, ka h**e ebe ho thoe "monna ke nku ha a lle." Empa untso u khasa kahara academic pressure, mathata a mosebetsi, mathata a lichelete, or relationship struggles takes a toll.
