At The Good Hearted Foundation,we are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding menstruation.As part of this commitment,one of our team members recently completed a training session on Menstrual Health&Hygiene Awareness.The aim of this training was to help us understand menstruation and the challenges that girls and young women face during their periods.This knowledge will also help us strengthen our efforts to support menstrual health and dignity in our communities.

MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY 2026
Today we celebrate menstrual hygiene day.Beyond celebration,let us make an impact.Menstruation is till a challenge for many girls from poor families, especially in the rural areas of Lesotho.At The Good Hearted,we believe that no girl should miss School because of period poverty.For more than five years,we have been donating reusable sanitary pads to support girls and women in need.

We are also proud to introduce our "Two in One"underwear, specially designed underwear with a reusable pad already attached for comfort and convenience.We further believe that boys and men should not be left behind in conversations about menstruation.Together we can break the stigma, promote dignity and support menstrual health for all.

As we prepare for the 28th May, Menstrual Hygiene Day,we proudly highlight the dedication behind the scenes.The man behind the machine, together with his hardworking team,is tirelessly producing Reusable Sanitary Pads that will be donated to young girls in Schools.At The Good Hearted,we strongly believe that no girl should miss School because of her period or lack of access to sanitary products.It is something that should concern us all.

We have seen a growing demand for reusable pads,with many girls expressing their preference for Reusable pads,not only in Lesotho but beyond our borders.This motivates us even more to continue our mission of restoring dignity, confidence and equal opportunity for every girl.
