Every voice tells a story.

Through discussions on health, immunization, gender-based violence prevention, and personal well-being, young mothers have shared how knowledge has empowered them to make informed decisions, protect their families, and advocate for healthier, safer communities.
These are not just messages, they are voices of empowerment, resilience and transformation. These testimonies reminded us that, informed women are a force of change.
Through the support from UNICEF Lesotho, we have been able to magnify the massage and bring about change

We gathered with our current Computer and Life Skills cohort for an engaging and inspiring discussion on:

✅ Life at tertiary level
✅ Education as a tool for growth, not pressure
✅ Staying focused despite distractions
✅ Understanding that failure is part of learning
✅ Financial and time management

The session created a safe space for learning, sharing experiences, and encouraging one another to stay committed to personal growth and future goals. Together, we continue building resilient, focused, and empowered young people ready to navigate life with confidence.

Ntate Selebalo recently attended a positive parenting session with Help Lesotho. He found it so helpful that he invited his wife to join him for a second session!

Help Lesotho recognizes that children thrive when the adults around them are equipped to nurture, guide, and support them. Positive Parenting training strengthens families, helping create safer homes, healthier relationships, and more resilient communities.
