This year, we chose to celebrate International Women’s Day differently… with purpose, with courage, and with impact. 💜
Under the powerful theme “Give to Gain,” Real Women of Substance Inc. created a safe and meaningful space by screening movies centered on abuse—opening hearts, sparking conversations, and breaking the silence many women live in daily.
But we didn’t stop at watching… we listened.
We connected.
We gave women the opportunity to share their real-life experiences—their pain, their strength, and their journey toward healing.
And in that moment of giving their stories, something beautiful happened—they began to gain: ✨ Strength to speak
✨ Courage to walk away from abuse
✨ Hope for a better tomorrow
✨ A community that stands with them
We also asked an important question: “What can YOU do to help another woman move out of abuse?”
Because change begins when we stop being silent and start being supportive.
Let us continue to uplift, educate, and empower one another. Abuse thrives in silence, but healing begins when we speak, share, and stand together.
💡 You are not alone.
💡 Your story matters.
💡 Your freedom is possible.
Together, we give—and together, we gain.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we chose to host a Movie Night for Women under the theme “Give to Gain.”
Stories have power. When women come together to watch, reflect, and share experiences, we remind ourselves that every act of kindness, sacrifice, mentorship, and support we give to others becomes a seed that grows into collective strength and empowerment.
Real Women of Substance Inc in collaboration with KFRD UMC-LAC Pastors’ Spouses’ Association invites all women to an evening of inspiration, connection, and sisterhood.
📍 Venue: KFRD UMC-LAC Compound
Barclay Farm Junction, Margibi County
📅 Date: March 15, 2026
⏰ Time: 6:30 – 9:30 PM
Come let us watch, learn, share, and grow together — because when women give, women gain. 💜🎬✨

Today, as the world celebrates International Women’s Day, we are reminded of the strength, courage, and resilience of women everywhere.

This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” speaks to a timeless truth: when women invest in others, communities rise, families grow stronger, and nations move forward.
Women have always been givers, givers of love, wisdom, leadership, and sacrifice. Yet every act of giving plants a seed that returns in greater measure. When a woman shares knowledge, she empowers future generations.
When she gives compassion, she gains stronger communities. When she gives leadership, she gains transformation.

At Real Women of Substance Inc, we believe that empowering women is not just an act of kindness—it is an investment in the future. When women support one another, mentor young girls, and stand boldly for justice and opportunity, the world becomes a better place for all.

On this special day, I encourage every woman: give your voice, give your courage, give your leadership. In doing so, you will gain impact, legacy, and a future where every woman can rise.
Happy International Women’s Day.
When women give their best, the world gains its greatest strength. ✨

With a heart full of gratitude, Real Women of Substance Inc says thank you to everyone who made the launch of “Mothers Fight for Your Seed” a powerful and unforgettable moment.
On January 31, 2026, at the Peter Jeru Memorial United Methodist Church, Cotton Tree, Lower Margibi County, Liberia, God showed up mightily. The prayers, tears, unity, and faith of mothers standing for their children and generations yet unborn were truly inspiring.
We extend our deepest appreciation to:
The mothers who came with expectant hearts and unwavering faith
The church leadership and members of Peter Jeru Memorial United Methodist Church for the warm welcome and support
Our speakers, prayer leaders, organizers, and volunteers who labored selflessly
Everyone who supported, shared, prayed, and stood with us in spirit and in person
This launch was not just an event—it was a movement. A call for mothers to rise, stand on God’s Word, and fight spiritually for their seeds.
May God reward you all abundantly. The journey has only begun, and together, we will continue to build, pray, and protect our generations.
To God be all the glory! 🙏🏿✨

During their time in Nairobi, the MenEngage Liberia delegation plans to engage in meaningful discussions with networks from across Africa and beyond, aiming to strengthen partnerships.
