Last week, two staff members of the Alliance for Peace, Justice, and Human Rights (APJHR)—the Acting Executive Director and the Administration and Finance Intern participated in a five-day Fundraising Training in Sierra Leone, organized by the The Fund for Global Human Rights and YOCEL

The training provided valuable insights into various aspects of resource mobilization, including fundraising strategies, effective communication, proposal writing, and budgeting. These sessions strengthened participants' technical skills and enhanced their capacity to contribute to the sustainability and growth of the organization.

APJHR remains deeply grateful for this opportunity to learn, build institutional capacity, and invest in the professional development of its staff. We appreciate the Global Fund for Human Rights and YOCEL for their continued support in empowering grassroots organizations to become stronger, more effective, and sustainable agents of change.
