Under the UN Peacebuilding Fund CROSS-BORDER (GOLA-REAP) project, we want to appreciate WFP for the level of support provided through GERAD-LIBERIA.

The partnership is very impactful to support rural communities; especially disempower youths, for becoming development experts through Livelihood and Resilience activities.

Nomatter what, we must deliver Capemount to our donors; ensuring the intervention is sustainable.

GERAD-Liberia Appreciates IPAF Donor Field Monitoring Visit

GERAD-Liberia extends sincere appreciation to our esteemed IPAF Donor Team for their recent field monitoring visit from Kenya to Liberia. The visit provided an important opportunity to jointly review the progress, processes, and impact of the ongoing IPAF-supported project.

During the monitoring exercise, the donor team actively engaged with project staff and community stakeholders, assessed implementation processes, and provided valuable insights to strengthen project delivery and accountability. Their presence and constructive engagement reaffirmed our shared commitment to transparency, learning, and sustainable community development.

We are grateful for the continued trust, technical guidance, and partnership demonstrated throughout this process. GERAD-Liberia remains committed to implementing the IPAF project with excellence and ensuring meaningful, lasting impact for the communities we serve.

Under the UN Peace Building Fund LAND-GOVERNANCE Project, implemented by the UN WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME (WFP), GERAD-LIBERIA as Cooperating Partner have disbursed U.S $4,000.00 to local farmers in 8 Project communities within SANGO-ZAOH Clan, Nimba County.

Many thanks to WFP for making funding available, and as well the steering committee of the pbf.

We appreciate our hardworking and dedicated staff for the level of commitment, while we further appreciate the beneficiaries for taking ownership of the project.
