OPEN FIERY REVOLUTIONARY ULTIMATUM TO THE SUSPENDED AND DISCREDITED PRESIDENT MARK “MICROSCOPI” JARWULOU
ATTENTION: Mark Jarwulou
FROM: The Indomitable Revolutionary Assembly & Awakened Vanguard of PAYNESU
DATE: April 17, 2026
DEMANDING UNCOMPROMISING ANSWERS FOR THE MONUMENTAL FINANCIAL THEFT AND THE TOTAL COLLAPSE OF A FAILED, ILLEGITIMATE REGIME!
Comrades! Fearless Students of Paynesville! Defenders of the People’s Trust! Warriors of Education!
In his latest desperate, smoke-and-mirror performance, the suspended President Mark Jarwulou shamelessly paraded a fairy-tale narrative of a “comprehensive” and “revolutionary” year , a hollow, self-glorifying spectacle dripping with deceit while the union lies in ruins, its treasury plundered, and its leadership decapitated!
But the conscious, battle-tested students of Paynesville, the invited dignitaries, and the entire watchful masses will no longer swallow these poisonous lies. Accountability is not a cheap political toy , it is a non-negotiable revolutionary weapon, and Mark Jarwulou has utterly failed, betrayed, and desecrated it!
As the great African revolutionary Thomas Sankara warned: “To those who have acquired... through corruption we say: start to tremble. If you have stolen, tremble, because we will come after you.”
We, the Revolutionary General Assembly of the Paynesville Students Union of Liberia (PAYNESU), issue this thunderous, uncompromising challenge and demand that the suspended leader immediately, publicly, and transparently address these two explosive, unforgivable crimes against the students:
1. WHERE IS THE STOLEN 26,000 LRD FROM THE SACRED “ONE DOLLAR RALLY” , THE BLOOD AND SWEAT OF THE SUFFERING MASSES?
In his recent deceptive public statement, Jarwulou had the audacity to declare that the historic One Dollar Rally , that powerful, people-driven crusade fueled by the painful sacrifices of struggling parents, generous partners, and ordinary citizens , generated less than a miserable 70,000 Liberian Dollars.
This is a deliberate, shameless, and criminal contradiction to the official figures previously presented to the Executive Committee and the Board of Veterans: 96,000 LRD + 60.00 USD!
The burning, non-negotiable question that demands an instant answer:
WHERE HAS THE VANISHED 26,000 LRD BEEN LOOTED TO?!
That stolen amount is not mere paper , it is the lifeblood of education, the tuition fees, textbooks, and final hope for scores of brilliant but impoverished students drowning in poverty. To under-report, manipulate, and pocket funds raised from the collective sweat and one-dollar sacrifices of our people is high treason against the student revolution , an act of economic sabotage, moral bankruptcy, and outright betrayal of the highest criminal order!
The “One Dollar” donated by our suffering masses was a sacred trust meant to ignite the torch of learning and rescue the future of Paynesville’s children , not to disappear into the dark pockets of deception and self-enrichment!
As Martin Luther King Jr. powerfully declared: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” The looting of student funds is not a private matter , it is an assault on the entire struggle for educational justice in Paynesville and Liberia.
2. WHERE IS THE CONSTITUTIONAL CABINET? THIS ONCE-POWERFUL UNION HAS BEEN REDUCED TO A LONELY, PATHETIC GHOST CREW!
While Jarwulou continues to arrogantly speak in the name of the “Executive Committee,” the naked truth exposes his crumbling empire: his so-called administration has been decimated into a laughable skeleton of only two (2) isolated, desperate executive members still clinging to him!
A genuine constitutional cabinet requires a robust 8 to 9 dedicated, active officers , the revolutionary engine needed to drive real transformation. Instead, we witness the catastrophic mass exodus, forced resignations, deliberate sidelining, and total abandonment by the overwhelming majority of officers. This is not “revolutionary leadership” , this is the death rattle of a failed, disgraced, and rejected dictatorship that has completely lost the confidence, respect, and loyalty of its own team!
A so-called leader who cannot command or retain even his own cabinet has zero moral or constitutional authority to pontificate about the challenges of the city. He must first answer for the total disintegration and constitutional r**e of his own administration!
Nelson Mandela, the icon of principled leadership, reminded us: “Real leaders must be ready to sacrifice all for the freedom of their people.” A true leader does not abandon or sideline his team , he builds and unifies it. Jarwulou’s shattered cabinet stands as proof of a leadership that has sacrificed nothing but the trust of the students.
The enlightened, courageous, and intellectually sharp students of Paynesville are far too advanced, too vigilant, and too revolutionary to be hypnotized by glittering but empty speeches that desperately conceal a bankrupt treasury, a shattered cabinet, and a leadership in free-fall.
Before you utter another word about the city’s challenges, you must first account for the monumental crisis of your own making , the crisis of stolen funds, broken trust, and abandoned leadership!
We issue an urgent, revolutionary call to the Board of Veterans, the Paynesville City Government, all genuine stakeholders, and the broader Liberian student movement: Take decisive note of these glaring financial discrepancies, constitutional violations, and acts of leadership sabotage. The people’s “One Dollar” was a covenant for education and empowerment , not a playground for lies, looting, and self-preservation!
The students are watching with fire in their eyes.
The revolution is marching.
History will judge harshly.
The era of cosmetic excuses, propaganda, and evasion is dead and buried. Deliver the full, verifiable accounts with receipts and bank statements. Restore the constitutional cabinet immediately. Or step aside and allow a legitimate, united, and people-centered leadership to rise and serve the suffering students!
As Thomas Sankara boldly proclaimed: “While revolutionaries as individuals can be murdered, you cannot kill ideas.” The idea of transparent, accountable student leadership cannot be killed by evasion or deception , it will triumph!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
