The Executive Leadership of the Effort Baptist Church School Alumni Association (EBCSAA) wishes to officially inform all members that the General Assembly originally scheduled for today has been postponed to Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the EBCS Gymnasium due to an unexpected venue conflict with ongoing WAEC activities and the need to meet full statutory quorum. Adhering strictly to quorum requirements is essential to ensure our votes on the new constitution carry complete institutional and legal validity. We deeply appreciate everyone who showed up today, apologize for any inconvenience caused, and encourage all alumni, including our newest Senior High Class of 2026, to mobilize fellow graduates and join us in full force on October 17.

The General Assembly is already here!

It’s time for all of us to sit in one room, catch up, and make the decisions that will move our association forward.

We’ve got critical business on the table, financial Report, Activities Report, voting on our updated constitution and signing of our articles of Incorporation, our general elections, getting our legal and financial setup fully sorted to open our official bank accounts, and laying out our plans for the school. But beyond the official agenda, this is our space to reconnect, see old faces, and reignite that EBCS pride.

Don't just read about what was decided after the meeting, be there to help make the call!
