The K‑Square Charity Foundation Inter‑High School Tournament continues tomorrow, Friday, December 12, with some entertaining high school matches in both football and kickball.

In the opening kickball match of the day, Mother Bindu M. Vai kickball team will face Mother Artist School System at 12 PM.

In the second kickball match of the day, Harbel Multilateral High School will go against Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran School at 1:00 PM.

In the football category of the tournament, Mother Bindu M. Vai will play Mother Artist School System for the first time ever in this high‑school tournament at 2:00 PM.

In the last match of the day, the boys of Harbel Multilateral High School will pit against the boys from Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran School at 4:00 PM to climax the day.

All matches will be played at the Cotton Tree Sports Stadium 🏟️ (the Government Field). Come let’s chill together 🫂🫡🙏

Meet our Humanitarian of the week, Mr. J. Enoch Brooks🫡👍
Mr. J. Enoch Brooks is a mentor, a fatherly discern to many faculty-going children, a pacesetter, an educator, and a promoter of intellectualism.
He's the executive Director of Voices Liberia Inc., a nongovernmental institution with the task to renowned, deliver young Liberians from foremost abuses, pills, sexual exploitation, and alcohol, and many others.., thru yearly instituting worthwhile projects such as public speakme, debates, creative writing, and setting for them meaningful desires in integrity, transparency, and community services.

one of his biggest accomplishments in these ventures is the Margibi local Debate Championship, a platform yearly initiated with the aid of his institution to help students eliminate and evacuate their fears of public talking, and has breaded over 500+ students in Liberia, during the last six years, into top notch thinkers, fearless public audio system and younger leaders.

He has also represented Liberia in numerous country wide and worldwide debating competitions and leadership applications, such as the ECOWAS Debate, The Pan African Universities Debate, and The Inter-Collegiate university Debate on the university of Liberia, amongst others.

He's a founding member and Public members of the family Head of the Liberia Debate Council, the distinguished organization answerable for beginning the Liberia country wide Inter Universities Debate Championship.

Mr. Brooks also labored as the countrywide education Coordinator on the youth imaginative and prescient global Liberia Inc. and a frontrunner and mentor to many.

Meet James Jasay, a Liberian entrepreneur, digital marketing professional, and gospel recording artist.

James completed his high school education at Ricks Institute in Virginia, Liberia, graduating in 2016. During his time at Ricks, he excelled academically and was the lead singer in the renowned Ricks choir. He also contributed technically to the Dragons News Network and was elected student body president in his final year. James pursued higher education at Cuttington University, graduating in 2022.

Driven by his passion for giving back to his community, James founded Let's Save Humanity-Liberia at a very young age. This organization is dedicated to supporting children in need and making a positive impact in the community. His initiative reflects a strong commitment to improving the lives of those less fortunate.

A notable contribution through Let's Save Humanity Liberia is the annual Changemakers Youth Conference. This event gathers young changemakers from across Liberia, providing a platform for inspiration, networking, and empowerment. The conference aims to foster a new generation of leaders committed to positive social change.

James has also been instrumental in initiatives aimed at ending period poverty in Liberia. Through a nonprofit organization called BASA Development Initiatives , he raises funds and awareness to ensure that rural school-going girls can attend school and participate fully in society without the stigma or challenges associated with menstruation.

In addition to his work with Let's Save Humanity Liberia, James serves as a Program Associate at BASA Development Initiatives (BDI). With over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, he has played a pivotal role in driving impactful initiatives that uplift communities and create lasting change. His responsibilities at BDI include program implementation, fostering sustainable growth, and building a stronger foundation for a more prosperous future through agriculture and entrepreneurship.

James is also a key stakeholder in the gospel music industry, promoting events, music, and producing songs. He burst onto the Liberian gospel music scene with his debut single "Your Name" in 2018, which quickly gained immense traction and acclaim, introducing a fresh sound and perspective to gospel music enthusiasts in Liberia. Since then, he has released an impressive catalog of over six official tracks, each showcasing his exceptional vocal prowess and songwriting skills.

James W. Jasay's humanitarian efforts are a testament to his unwavering dedication to improving the lives of others. His initiatives have not only provided immediate relief but have also laid the groundwork for long-term, sustainable development in Liberia. Through his work with various organizations, including the recent Ma Juah Foundation that focuses on providing access to better healthcare, James continues to inspire many. He has helped build other nonprofits, businesses, and teams, demonstrating that one person's commitment to service can indeed make a significant difference.

**Meet Our Humanitarian of the Week: Mr. Thur Siakeh**

Thur M. Siakeh holds both an Associate's and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management from Cuttington University. He is also a candidate for a Master's in Environmental Management and has obtained several certificates from LinkedIn Learning, Alison, Coursera, Bridgestone America, and ENSAFE in Health and Safety, Environmental Management, and ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor.

Currently, Mr. Siakeh serves as the Factory Senior Superintendent at Firestone Liberia, LLC. He has also worked and volunteered for organizations such as Right to Play Liberia, the United Nations, YMCA, Liberian Youth Network, and the Liberian Football Association (LFA).

As a co-founder of the Consortium of Environmental Advocates, an environmental nonprofit organization based in Montserrado, he is also the CEO of the Siake Foundation. Mr. Siakeh is married and is blessed with three beautiful daughters.

Through his individual efforts and his foundation, he has raised awareness on various issues including malaria control, sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), electoral violence, and sanitation in communities across Margibi.

In the field of education, he has provided training to students, donated educational materials to schools, and offered scholarships and financial aid to students in Margibi. Mr. Siakeh has actively advocated for change on key issues affecting communities in that area.

He has also contributed food and non-food items to several orphanages in Margibi County and has been involved in community development initiatives. Notably, he led his team in cleanup activities at the SNT sports pitch and worked on drainage cleaning in the Dolo Town community.

Before the start of the 2024/2025 academic year, Mr. Siakeh and his team distributed school materials to over 250 students and their parents from various communities in Margibi. They also donated school materials to YARD-Liberia for further distribution.

Additionally, Mr. Siakeh is a proud partner and sponsor of the K-Square and Siakeh Charity Foundation High School Tournament, which unites schools within Margibi through sports.

Mr. Siakeh, through his charity foundation, also partners with CleanAir Liberia to clean the drainage in the Sugar Hill community, Cotton Tree.

Thur Siakeh is a mentor, teacher, father, and role model to many young people in and around Margibi and throughout Liberia.

Meet Hon Karishma Pelham-Raad, our Humanitarian of the week.
She's an alumnus of the African Methodist Episcopal University and holds a Bsc degree in Business Management from African Methodist Episcopal university (AMEU), as well as a Master's in international Relations (IR) From the Graduate School of the African Methodist Episcopal University. She's currently
Serving as Assistant Minister for International Organizations at The
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Liberia.
Miss. Karishma is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at HRH Karishma Charity Foundation. She also serves As chief executive officer at Housemates Liberia. Miss. Karishma is a leader, woman's advocate and, above all, a humanitarian.
She has contributed towards kids getting a better education by paying School fees for less privileged kids, including the five (5) female students fees she paid at the Rebecca J. Wilson Elementary School. She also has over 52 (Fifty-two) students on her scholarship at PEACE ISLAND COMMUNITY, DISTRICT 10, MONTSERRADO county.
After awarding scholarships to those kids, Miss. Karishma said "It is our duty to always give back to our generation by investing in their future Through Education".

With that, we Decided to pay for most of the students to make sure they are in school and getting the education they're supposed to have as their Right like other kids/children around the world. A partnership with Refuge Place International (RPI)/ Good Vision launched "Free Eye Medical outreach" for students within District 10. This program was able to help 333 students that were developing visual impairments who were given glasses free of charge at the Gaye Town Junior High School.

Kindly meet Mr.Ebee Kollie, our Humanitarian of the Week. He is an alumnus of Cuttington University, where he earned a BSc degree in Agriculture from the College of Agriculture and Sustainable Development, as well as a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from the Graduate School and Professional Studies at Cuttington University.

He is currently the Dean of Admissions, Records, and Registration at B**g County Technical College (BCTC) in Gbarnga, B**g County. Mr. Kollie is also the Executive Director of TOT. He is blessed with two beautiful daughters. He is a humanitarian, a young leader, and an advocate.

He has sponsored many young people at various high schools, including the 50,000 LD Tuition Aid launched when he was invited to serve as the guest speaker at the Prime System School of Christ International (PSSCI) and the closing graduation of the Yekepa Assembly of God Mission School (YAGMS). He referred to the Tuition Aid as the “J.W.K Tuition Aid” in remembrance of his late father.

He also paid the yearly tuition for the valedictorian of YAGMS, and also the person that introduced him as the guest speaker. He has contributed on many occasions in and out of B**g County, including a donation to the victims of the tragedy that took place in Totota, B**g County.
