We the official of the above mentioned organization extend our complement of high esteem to you.

We want to commend the general public for the level of hard work undertaking for the empowerment of the youthful population of Liberia, through the creation of children educational programs, and With your kind heart and love you have for your people of Liberia we are seeking the general public financial and logistic assistance for our upcoming academic year.

Educate A Child Foundation was founded on the 5th of September AD 2020 with the objectives of saving and Protecting the life of women, children and girls.

The main goals for this awareness is to help parents/guardians that can’t afford to sponsor their kids in school, buy school materials such as, books, bags, pens and pencils and we will also be teaching on how to prevent sexual gender basic violence, abuse and many more.

This awareness will benefit the kids of Montserrado, Margibi and Bomi County.
And our budget for this project is three thousand five hundreds United States Dollars ($3,500 USD).

Months ago we posted the opening of school year, that the public should help us to support a child in school, no one, not even a single person response or comment positively.

We are still asking the media community to help support a child, every Librarian child needs a help, 70% of our kids are out of school due to lock of funds. Our kids are on the street selling and are not in school. We need to help of the public.

We are appealing to all our friends, family, partners, sponsors and good well people.

"According to Psychologists, there are four types of Intelligence:

1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)
3) Social Quotient (SQ)
4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)

1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve math's, memorize things, and recall lessons.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): this is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate.

3. Social Quotient (SQ): this is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down.

A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.

Your EQ represents your Character, while your SQ represents your Charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs, especially your EQ and SQ.

Now there is a 4th one, a new paradigm:

4. The Adversity Quotient (AQ): The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life, and come out of it without losing your mind.

When faced with troubles, AQ determines who will give up, who will abandon their family, and who will consider su***de.

Parents please expose your children to other areas of life than just Academics. They should adore manual labour (never use work as a form of punishment), Sports and Arts.

Develop their IQ, as well as their EQ, SQ and AQ. They should become multifaceted human beings able to do things independently of their parents.

Finally, do not prepare the road for your children. Prepare your children for the road."

*TEN (10) MISTAKES NOT TO MAKE AS A 21ST CENTURY TEACHER*

(1.) Don't send a learner away from your class during teaching and learning as a result of bad behavior. This is because you cannot account for what the student may be doing outside and this can count against you if an accident occurs.

(2.) Don't touch a learner inordinately. This is because the learner might claim he or she was abused either sexually/physically.You may not be able to refute it.

(3.) Don't give assignments you don't have time to mark. Unmarked assignments or home work indicate incompetency/unprofessionalism.

(4.) Don't give emotional punishment to your learners. It reduces their chances of becoming a better learner.

(5.) Don't just teach within the period given to you, especially when you are preparing learners for external examinations. Do create more contact time for your learners.

(6.) Don't stay with a learner alone in a class, laboratory, office etc. Child's protection policy forbids it. Try and avoid "one corner" teaching.

(7.) Don't ask a child to kneel down for too long a time. He or she might have a health challenge you are not aware of.

(8.) Don't conspire against your school head.What goes around, comes around.

(9.) Don't be a difficult educator and avoid transferred aggression on any learner. Pocket your personal challenges and always be full of life.

(10.) Don't treat learners unequally. There should be nothing like favourite learner. Every child matters.
