✔️Provide sanitary pads & hygiene products to those in need
✔️Advocate for policies that make menstrual health accessible & affordable
✔️Foster a supportive space for girls navigating their menstrual journey
✔️Create readable & digital resources—books, podcasts, videos
✔️Host trainings, workshops & awareness campaigns to break stigma

🌺 This book shines a light on a topic we don’t talk about enough—menstrual awareness.

For too long, menstruation has been treated as a taboo. But the truth is:
🚫 It is NOT a curse.
🚫 It is NOT dirty.
🚫 It is NOT something to hide.

💡 It is natural, healthy & powerful.

That’s why this book matters—it doesn’t just teach them what to expect. It teaches them to prepare, protect themselves, and most importantly—know they are not alone.

This is my duty. This is my mission.
Every girl deserves to know this truth: Her body is not her burden—it is her strength.
