Cllr. Garrison Yealue continues to disregard "KPAIRPLAY" as the chiefdom headquarter of Soe-chiefdom.

Over the years, former policy maker Garrison Yealue chose to close eyes on the chiefdom headquarter and the development of soe-kpairplay. During the six years leadership of Garrison Yealue as representative of Twah-River district, kpairplay public school was given the opportunity to high school level but was later transpassed/given to his home town Vayenglay.

During the cost of 2020 senatorial election hon. Garrison Yealue stood in the mix of kpairplay citizens and said, there will be "NO" development to come in kpairplay as long he's still in governmental position. He later alleged that he was disrespected by the people of the town.

Cllr. Garrison Yealue took the market hall that was to be built in kpairplay to his home town Vayenglay. With the exception of Bayleglad, kpairplay is the only town in the region that has a market and dives market hall.

Just recently, hon. Garrison Yealue who used and later lied to one of our sisters in Beauty Bartuah that he was going to marry her in 2017, along with his Wife when on a humanitarian tour in both gehlay and Twah river district, ladies and gentlemen during this toured hon. Garrison Yealue joined over kpairplay clinic and gave food and other materials to his home town Vayenglay clinic.

We're not surprised over such an act, hon. Garrison Yealue continues to show his limitations to the citizens of kpairplay. We have a strong belief that Kpairplay will one day produce a good leader, who will seek the interest of all.

Kpairplay community brief report on developments.

From: Kpairplay Youth for Change

To: All Kpairplay Citizen;

Developments from the hands of Hon Ernest M Manseah Sr. to the people of Soe-kpairplay town, the period between January 2022 to April 2025.......

Over this period the honorable initiated/has given:

1. Four(4) bundles of zinc to the youth of kpairplay.

2. 175,000 Lrd, for the clinic staffs quarter project in kpairplay.

3. Ninety(90) cartoon of floor tile and Forty(40) begs of cement to be use on our town hall constructed by Garrison Yealue.

4. Sent letter of recommendation to Orange office for the construction of orange tower in kpairplay.

5. Resincely broke grand for the construction of Soe youth center in kpairplay.

He donated over 10 bundles of zinc to individuals in kpairplay.
And promised to do more for kpairplay in the future!
