As the president of Internet Society Liberia Chapter, we have worked with government to draft and strengthening the internet policy for everyone. Any shutdown of the internet is the violation of the "digital rights" of African people and against the convention policy signed onto by African Union nations. We strongly condemn the internet shutdown in Tanzania. The people of Tanzania have rights to the freedom of communication and internet access.
