Through our in-house counseling and support sessions with survivors of r**e and sexual violence, we continue to hear painful stories that reveal a troubling reality: many men remain silent when they witness, hear about, or receive reports of abuse.
Silence protects perpetrators, not survivors.
We are calling on men and boys to become active allies in the fight against r**e and gender-based violence. Protecting women and children is not only a women's issue but a community responsibility.
✅ Speak up when you witness abuse.
✅ Believe and support survivors.
✅ Educate yourself about consent and gender-based violence.
✅ Challenge harmful attitudes and behaviors among peers.
✅ Report cases and encourage survivors to seek help.
✅ Be part of the solution, not part of the silence.
Every voice raised against violence helps create safer homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
At Community Advancement and Gender Equality Initiative (CAGE Initiative), we believe that ending sexual violence requires the involvement of everyone especially men and boys. Together, we can build a society where women and children are protected, respected, and empowered.
