It was a privilege to have our Founder and Executive Director, Mr. Nathan N. Gbelee, serve once again as a panelist at the Movement to Protect Liberia’s Future Career Enhancement Symposium, engaging with inspiring young minds committed to personal and professional growth.

Alongside fellow professionals, he contributed to discussions on career development, sharing real-world experiences, insights into today’s job market, and practical pathways for growth—both within and beyond Liberia. The panelists’ collective stories aimed to inform, motivate, and equip participants to make confident and informed career decisions.

As Founder and Executive Director of SEIL INC. and a strong advocate for SDG 4 – Quality Education, this engagement reaffirmed his commitment to mentorship, sustainable learning, and youth empowerment.

Kudos to the organizers for a successful symposium, and commendations to all participants for their passion for self-development. Together, we remain dedicated to nurturing and strengthening the potential of Liberia’s youthful population.

Tony, who earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics (AMEU, 2022), has been an outstanding member of the SEIL INC. family—dedicated, passionate, and deeply committed to creating positive change. His consistent growth, professionalism, and excellence have left a meaningful mark on our work, and we are truly proud of all he has achieved.

The Future Is Ours to Create

Innovation has come —
Not as fright, but as might,
Its possibilities, by far,
Like sunshine on the damp.

The future is ours to create.
What are we doing?
Other youth are out there,
Building software, running systems —
Why are we quiet?

We talk of innovation,
Yet do not include ourselves in it.
How can you number the stars
Without counting yourself among them?

Make it make sense!

How can we say “revolutionary”
Without revolting, daring, and dreaming?
What are we telling ourselves?

Inspiring…
Like David in the Bible — take risks,
Break boundaries,
Step beyond your comfort zone.

Learn. Build. Invent.

Be audacious!
For some of us,
Our last inventions were in childhood.

Tech is the future —
’Tis the future by far,
Redemption for Liberia and its youth.

It is for the boy
Who keeps processing his thoughts after high school,

Congratulations to our teammate, Joseph Moinsema, who has been selected as one of the 15 candidates from a pool of 3,000 applicants for the Africa Wildlife Foundation Wall Conservation Leadership and Management Fellowship in Nairobi, Kenya. This prestigious nine-month program aims to empower African youth to initiate meaningful change in Africa's biodiversity landscape and funding priorities.

Joseph has been a dedicated teammate with an unwavering passion for making our world a better place. We are proud of his growth over time and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
