Each year, this gathering brings together over 500 participants from communities across Liberia to amplify public voices on climate change, assess national progress and gaps, and call for intentional action on climate justice.
This year summit is under the theme: “Just Transition: Scaling Agroecology, Clean Energy, People-Driven Climate Finance and Sustainable Solutions for Liberia.”
The summit will facilitate dialogue and policy alignment around four priority areas:
🔹 Developing sustainable climate-finance frameworks
🔹 Scaling agroecological practices and strengthening Liberia’s CAADP implementation
🔹 Expanding access to renewable energy, green jobs, and land rights for youth and women
🔹 Enhancing national disaster preparedness and climate-induced crisis response systems
We call on all who are passionate about preserving our planets, and Liberia to join us for these two days of the summit.
