The Women’s Advocacy and Resource Center (WARC) is a faith-based organization that partners with religious institutions, community le

aders, and policymakers in the U.S. and Africa to combat sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) through faith-based education, community outreach, and advocacy focused on challenging and changing harmful social norms that contribute to violence against women and girls. WHAT WE DO
- Provide educational and public awareness programming on faith and gender.
- Engage faith leaders in dialogues on SGBV and gender equality issues.
- Train religious and community leaders on SGBV prevention and response
approaches.
- Assist religious institutions in developing domestic and sexual violence prevention
and response initiatives.
