In the ongoing efforts to unite the leaders and citizens of B**g County, the Chairperson of the B**g County Peace and Reconciliation Committee, Prof. Dr. Mogana S. Flomo Jr., held an in-person meeting with the Representative of Electoral District #5, Hon. Eugine JM Kollie. The meeting, which took place yesterday, May 28, 2025, focused on strengthening collaboration for lasting peace and unity across the county, fostering dialogue, and addressing key issues affecting local communities.

Yesterday, the B**g County Peace and Reconciliation Committee held its third successful strategic planning meeting at its usual venue, CEPRES International University, Gbarnga campus.

The session focused on enhancing peacebuilding efforts, strengthening community engagement, and aligning upcoming activities with the committee’s long-term goals. Members expressed optimism and commitment to fostering lasting peace and unity across B**g County.

B**g Peace Committee Chair Engages Senators in Reconciliation Drive.

In a continued effort to unite citizens of B**g County, Prof. Dr. Mogana S. Flomo Jr., Chairman of the B**g Peace and Reconciliation Committee, paid a reconciliatory visit to the Liberian Senate. He met with B**g County’s two senators—Hon. Prince K. Moye Sr. and Hon. Johnny K. Kpehe Sr.—as part of the committee’s strategic peacebuilding efforts. The visit aligns with the committee’s vision of fostering unity through a holistic and inclusive approach. Dr. Flomo emphasized the importance of depoliticization, neutrality, and genuine reconciliation focused on peace and development rather than political interests.
