The Lions Club of Liberia, District 403 A2, Region 34, Zone 324, joined concerned Liberians in a nationwide campaign against the availability and use of illegal drugs in the country. This growing issue poses a serious threat to national growth, development, and the well-being of Liberia’s youth.

As part of the campaign, members of the Lions Club will participate in a peaceful march to the Capitol Building, where a petition will be presented to the Government of Liberia. The event is held today, August 7, 2025. under the theme: 'Say No to Drugs' | a call to action for all Liberians to stand united against drug abuse and its devastating impact on individuals, families, and communities.

Motto: Together, Let’s Protect our Future, Choose Health, Choose Purpose.

In an effort to unite and empower members in their roles and enable them to develop strategic plans for lasting success in the 2025–2026 Lionistic year, the newly inducted leadership is hosting a retreat under the theme: “Empowering Leaders to Serve Humanity and Their Communities.”

The retreat will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the residence of Lion Cydda’s in the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex Community, beginning at 9:00 AM.
