Subject: Decision on the Margibi County Championship – OCM 1 Million Quiz Competition
The Board of Organizers of the OCM 1 Million Quiz Competition extends its appreciation to all participating schools for their involvement in the recently concluded Margibi County Championship.
Following the completion of the competition in which Love Academy School of Lower Margibi was declared the winner against Shelia Love Academy, the Board received several concerns regarding the eligibility of some players who represented Love Academy.
After conducting a thorough investigation and reviewing all available evidence, it has been established that Love Academy fielded ineligible participants in the competition. Specifically, the investigation confirmed that some of the students who participated on behalf of Love Academy had already graduated from high school prior to the competition. This action constitutes a violation of the rules and regulations governing the OCM 1 Million Quiz Competition and is considered an act of academic dishonesty within the educational system.
In light of these findings, the Board of Organizers hereby rules that the championship title previously awarded to Love Academy School of Lower Margibi is revoked.
Consequently, the championship title for the Margibi County round of the OCM 1 Million Quiz Competition is officially awarded to Shelia Love Academy, which is now recognized as the rightful Champion of Margibi County.
The Board remains committed to upholding fairness, transparency, and academic integrity in all aspects of the competition.
