𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚

On 16 September 2026, Welthungerhilfe (WHH) 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 and Conservation International (𝗖𝗜) 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen strategic collaboration and joint resource mobilization.

Signed by Hubert Charles, 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗪𝗛𝗛 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮, and Momodu Kemokai, 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 (𝗖𝗜) 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚, the partnership will leverage complementary expertise to advance 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮.

The signing was also attended by representatives of both organizations, including Tandiwe Mugombi, 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗪𝗛𝗛, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗸𝗼𝗸𝘂, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 (𝗖𝗜) 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚.

As we prepare for the launch of the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐱 (𝐆𝐇𝐈) 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟖, 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐟𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, we take a moment to reflect on the impact of 2025.

From strengthening resilient food systems and improving nutrition, to expanding access to healthcare, livelihoods, and clean water, our work reached over 𝟑𝟐𝟖,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 across Liberia.
