MoPADA-LIB Launches WASH Champions Clubs in Gaye town and Bentol- Gbokolleh
In celebration of the International Day of the African Child (IDAC), MoPADA-LIB proudly launched its WASH Champions Clubs at Gaye Elementary and Junior High School and Betty Gbanjah Apostolic School in Bentol, under the theme:
“Ensuring Universal Access to Safe Water, Sanitation and Hygiene.”
As part of this initiative, we educated students on the importance of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) practices in schools and communities. The awareness sessions also focused on Ebola prevention and control measures, equipping children with essential knowledge to protect themselves and others.
To support healthy learning environments, MoPADA-LIB distributed sanitation and hygiene materials to students and schools, empowering them to become ambassadors of good hygiene and public health.
Together, we are building a future where every child has access to safe water, proper sanitation, quality hygiene education, and the opportunity to thrive.
Healthy Children, Strong Communities, Strong Africa! 💧🧼📚🌍
